Looks pretty awesome. Very clean cut! Are you planning on painting the edges so they aren't silver?

So ya I decided to redo the side panel Spider platform logo, this one still has a similar concept but this one has some neat things incorporated into the spider, see if you can spot them, it shouldnt be to hard. ;)

Love the side panel cutout of AMD's logo.

Not really liking the spider web on the logo design. I think it would look much cleaner without it.

or the spider web might not be detailed enough, I will try something else a little later and upload those results, also one of just the spider.

Whit the impending release of the 4870 June 25, I'd take it you'll be getting quite a bit of work done very shortly. So far, great job, and keep up the work!

thanks, right now Im working something out with Eddy (EK Waterblocks) about getting the Supreme with the brand new jet plate option and two 4870x2 blocks sent my way so I may have some of the first ones rolled off the line so Im looking forward to that. ^_^

I also have the D-Tek Fuzion v2 heading my way so I plan to do a shoot out between the V2 and the Supreme with the Jet plate and see which way I go. :)

So as I mentioned AMD became a sponsor for this project and for our site, and today I received the CPU from Fedex and well are you guys curious as to how they shipped it???

Well here you go.....

The Main Packaging

Sub Packaging

CPU

Image

Whats sweet is that this cpu came straight from one of AMDs Fabs in China and was one that the die was picked from one of the centers of the wafer so its a much higher quality cpu so it should yield better OC results, I hope. ^_^

Not to much longer before I can get my hands on a Motherboard with the 790FX and SB750 chipset but there are a few companies that will be releasing their versions soon so Im not 100% who I will go with but I guess it will be determined on which company wants to jumps on board then its them all the way. ^_^

Oh and a small update:
I cut out an exhaust opening for the front fan, meshed it, and installed a tribal grill that worked with the theme of the case.

If you are going to be moving it around a lot then you should keep the handles. But I think they do not go with the mod and actually make it look tacky.

I think its better without the handle as it seems too busy for me and also I wouldn't even have handles on top since I'm sure you will try to showcase your computer by putting it on top of desk/tables so that will make it harder to grab the handle from top.
Wow, made lots of progress lately. Noice!

ya I have decided against the case handles, it just would be too busy up there and even if I had the case handles on there I would still be to paranoids to carry the case by them lol I probably would end up bear hugging my case where ever I go versus holding it by the handles =p

Wow well it seems to be coming along really well. I agree with the no handles. Just really too busy. Otherwise I think it looks great. Keep on going man!
