Coolink GFXChilla GPU Cooler
Like the box of the ChipChlla we reviewer before, the box for the GFXChilla is also very simple yet effective. The front has the company's name, product's name, a couple of the features of the product and a large cut out with a view of the product. The right side shows what heatsinks are included. The back goes into further detail of the features, as well as dimensions of the cooler. The GFXChilla is also RoHS compliant, meaning Coolink did not use any harmful chemicals like Lead in the production of the cooler. And finally, last but not least, the left side has some basic specifications of the cooler and fans. They aren't in focus, but I promise you they are there.
The box on this cooler can easily be opened, like most other boxes. Simply lift the tab on the top and you're in. Upon removing the contents of the box, you'll see the installation guide and a plastic holder containing the cooler itself, as well as all of the hardware needed for installation.
Aside from the manual, everything else is located inside of the plastic container, which is pretty handy. When opening it, the first thing you'll see is the cooler itself. Removing the cooler will reveal a lower section. Inside of this section, from left to right, is thermal compound, all of the heatsinks, and lastly the installation hardware and accessories like the 3pin to 4pin adapter.
This cooler has enough heatsinks for just about every video card on the market. There are 6x heatsinks for the RAM, 4x low profile RAM heatsinks,, 4x big voltage regulator heatsinks and 4x small VR heatsinks. The heatsinks all have 3M adhesive tape on the back, so all you've got to do is peal it off and stick it onto the video card! The manual has two sides to it, and is black & white with a spots of purple. The instructions are only in English, but that isn't a problem as the pictures are very descriptive. After all, a picture speaks a thousand words. That is, if it can speak at all.
