Once the foam blocks are removed, you'll find all that's included. You get the heatsink itself, duh, as well as two boxes that contain the hardware required for installation. The boxes are split into general components, and installation hardware. Like with all of Noctua's heatsinks the parts come in a small neat-labeled bag. On the left side you have the Intel parts, as well as the AMD parts below it, and on the right side you'll see the Common Parts bag, a screwdriver, and the installation booklets. The booklets are split into two, one for Intel and one for AMD sockets.

Within the common parts bag you'll find the thermal paste, fan adapters to reduce noise, as well as a 2x 3-pin to 1x 3-pin fan adapter, which allows you to use both fans on a single CPU fan header of your motherboard. Last but not least, there are also four fan screws and four rubber mounts in case you decide to use one (or both – I suppose) fans as case fans instead of on the CPU.
