These headsets is visually gorgeous and when wearing them you immediately notice the large ear cushions which gently fit around your ears and at the same time reduce background noise. The comfort of these headsets is something that has to be experienced first hand; it is simple amazing how easy they sit on your head and after a while you completely forget that you are wearing them. Even after many hours of gaming, they still remain comfortable and pleasant.

These next few images demonstrate further the robust design which securely surrounds your head and ears, the headband portion is adjustable to assist in fitting over most peoples heads and the ear cuffs are on pivots to allow for them to be flush against your ears, all in all this allows for as already mentioned a great fitting headset that feels very comfortable

This headset was as we were told developed and optimized specifically for in-game sound frequencies found in the most popular shooters, making in-game sounds such as footsteps, alerts and gunfire especially clear. You will be able to hear and pinpoint the location of your opponents, to make for a swift attack. The USB sound card allows you to boost and lower frequencies of your own choosing with use of the equalizer, allowing optimization for your favorite games, music, or movies.

Now for the microphone: this is by far one of our favorite features of this headset. Yes its a fairly simple concept that we have to ask why no one else have tried this? having the ability to coil the mic back inside the earphone is genius. No more do you have to worry about having the mic get in your way when you don't want to use it or having the arm fail to keep the mic up out of your face, this allows you to turn this headset into just headphones and not look funny in the process when you use it with say your MP3 player. Your probably saying to yourself but there are some headphones that have a detachable microphone but really we see our selves loosing something that small very easily and then what your SOL and have to buy a new headset, with this coil up ability its always there but at the same time out of sight which makes it quick and easy, and on top of that the mic is fully adjustable to allow you to get it just right. When your done and have to run, these headphones break down into three parts to make transporting them say in a backpack or luggage bag quick and easy.

All this talk but what about the microphone itself, how well does it perform? well one word comes to mind superbly. There is three mic settings on the control module, High, Low, and Mute, High is for the most part normal mic operations, which comes in crisp and clean with next to no background noise present which is ideal for chatting it up in a noisy area. Low doesn't do much to be honest other then lower the pitch slightly giving you a bit of a deeper voice, we didn't find any real practicality or general use for this feature but hey some may have fun with it so props for them. Mute is well mute meaning no sound is being transmitted from the mic which is handy if you have to talk to someone in the same room as yourself but don't want to broadcast your conversation to whomever is on the other end listening. Overall, the mic on this headset works excellent and is ideal for nearly any application.
